4. Controls and Connections

Front Panel
1. HD tray
2. / : <QUAD> to display all 4 channels simultaneously/ auto sequence button.
3. /←: channel 1 full screen display button / cursor button: moves the cursor to the left (or up).
4. /→: channel 2 full screen display button / cursor button: moves the cursor to the right (or down).
5. /-: channel 3 full screen display button / to decrease a selected setup value.
6. /+: channel 4 full screen display button / to increase a selected setup value.
7. MENU: press this button to display the setup menu.
8. EXIT: to return to the previous menu.
9. ENTER: to confirm an entry or to enter a selected menu item.
10. SEARCH: fast searching function.
11. ALARM (ON/OFF): to determine whether the alarm output should be triggered upon alarm occurrence.
12. REC < >: (manual) record button; to start recording on all cameras.
13. STOP < >: stop button (can be used during recording and playback).
14. STEP <II >: press this button to pause playback and again to see the next picture frame.
15. REW < >: fast backward search button.
16. PLAY< >: play button: to display recorded video.
17. F.F. < >: fast forward search button.

24. VIDEO IN 4: camera 4 input terminal

28. VIDEO OUT: Video output terminal; it is connected to the monitor.
29. VCR OUT: Quad video output terminal; may be connected to the VCR.

31. SENSOR/ ALARM: DB9 connector for 4 external sensor inputs and alarm output:
