MAINTENANCE
Thorough servicing guarantees correct and
long-lasting operation.
Any fat deposits should be removed from the
appliance periodically depending on amount
of use (at least every 2 months). Avoid using
abrasive or corrosive products. To clean painted
appliances on the outside, use a cloth dipped
in lukewarm water and neutral detergent. To
clean steel, copper or brass appliances on the
outside, it is always best to use specifi c pro-
ducts, following the instructions on the products
themselves. To clean the inside of the appliance,
use a cloth (or brush) dipped in denatured ethyl
alcohol.
Clean grease fi lters in relation to use, at least
every 2 months to prevent the risk of fi re.
Hand wash or clean in a dishwasher using a
neutral detergent. If washing in the dishwasher,
possible discoloration of the fi lters does not in
any way compromise their functioning.
The activated charcoal fi lter is not washable and
cannot be regenerated, and must be replaced
approximately every 4 months of operation, or
more frequently for particularly heavy usage.

CONTROLS
1 : fi rst speed motor.
0 : OFF motor.
> + 2 : second speed motor.
> + 3 : third speed motor.
The opening/closing of the telescopic slide regulates
the Lights On/OFF.
LIGHTING
Disconnect the hood from the electricity.
Warning! Prior to touching the light bulbs
ensure they are cooled down.
Replace it with lamps of the same type (CANDLE
LED 4W, 220-240V, E14, ø37mm).
