11 Finish filling the swimming pool to
a level of at least 1 to 2 cm above the
upper strainer.
12. Connect the filtration pump to the
power outlet located at least 3.50 m
from the swimming pool.
The pump begins to filter water from
the moment the plug is connected.
» Check for the presence of leaks in
the filter system and connecting pipes
and adjust if necessary. Leaks may
arise as a result of manufacturing
tolerances. To solve the problem, wrap
thread seal tape around the fittings
before installing the connecting pipe.
6. CLEANING FILTER
BALLS
The filter balls in the filter tank ensure
efficient long-term filtration of dirt
particles and floating debris.
The performance of the filter system
will decrease according to the level
of water contamination. It is therefore
necessary to check it at regular
intervals.
If you observe a
performance, you can choose between
the following two options:
A: Replace the filter balls.
B: Wash the filter balls by placing the
Aqualoon net directly in a washing
machine at 30 °C maximum.

7. FILTERING TIME

The pool water must be circulated
and filtered 3 to 5 times per 24-hour
period, depending on the load and the
capacity of the filter system. The time
required depends on the performance
of the filter system and the size of the
swimming pool. Nevertheless, we
recommend a minimum running time
of 12 hours per day.

9. MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS
The Aqualoon cartridge filter system
removes visible impurities. However,
it is less effective for algae, bacteria
and other micro-organisms, which
also represent a constant threat to
clear, clean and healthy swimming
pool water. There are special water
decrease in
treatment products to prevent their
proliferation or eliminate them, which,
when properly dosed and used
continuously, create no discomfort for
bathers and guarantee hygienic pool
water.
The Aqualoon net can be easily
removed from the filter and placed
directly in a washing machine (cold
water). Washing is necessary 2 to 3
times per season.
