before beginning installation and start-up.

To achieve optimum performance of the DISTRIBUTION VALVE NET 'N' CLEAN, follow the instructions indicated
below:
1. CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX
Inside the box you will find:
Distributor valve
Pressure gauge T with joint
3 bar-psi pressure gauge
Roll of Teflon tape
Installation and maintenance manual

2. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

The NET 'N' CLEAN DISTRIBUTOR VALVE forms part of the system of the same name, to fully clean the bottom of
swimming pools. The purpose of the valve is to sequentially distribute the flow of water through its different outlets,
so that it reaches the nozzles located on the bottom of the pool. These nozzles project jet water to clean the pool.
Distribution is through a turbine and a series of gears anchored to the base plate used to sequentially open and
close the caps.
Its main advantages include a more even distribution of temperature and chemical products in the pool. and the
elimination of bulky equipment to clean the pool.
Although this system automates cleaning of the pool to a large extent, it does not fully eliminate manual operations
such as brushing the pool.
The valve has 7 connections on the base.
connections. All connections are for a pipe with an outer diameter of 50 mm. for the European version, or with an
outer diameter of 1 ½ " for the US version.

The cover is easy to assemble and dismantle by means of the ring.

3. INSTALLATION AND POSITIONING

For optimum performance of the NET 'N' CLEAN cleaning system, an independent pump with prefilter is
recommended. (Fig.1)
It is advisable for the valve to be above water level and as near as possible to the pool in order to reduce the length
of pipes used. If it is below water level, non-return valves should be placed in each circuit so that they can be
closed and maintenance work on the valve can be carried out.
Glue the pipes with PVC adhesive, ensuring that the valve remains level.
After gluing, clean the remains of adhesive which could be inside the body where the caps are placed.

Leave it for 24 hours after gluing before testing the whole installation for pressure. Before performing the pressure
test, remove the caps closing the outlets.
