WHAT TO DO BEFORE CALLING FOR AUTHORIZED SERVICE
If the deep freeze is not operating, check if:
• the door is closed properly.
• mains power is cut
• the plug is plugged into a socket
• the fuses blow
• mains cord is broken.
If the compressor is permanently running, check if:
• the ambient temperature is over +43°C
• the door is opened and closed too frequently
• Thermostat setting button is set to excessive cold
• there is a lack of air flow on the sides and behind the deep freeze.
If the deep freezer makes high noise, check if
• the deep freezer makes contact with furniture or a wall that may
cause vibration
• ensure that the deep freezer stands firmly on the ground.
Audible and Visual Warnings
* Door Open Alert : An alert will be heard if the appliance door is left
open for more than 1 minute. The alert will cease once the appliance
door is closed.
• E1: Abnormal (high or low) temperature alarm. 3 beeps sound
every 30 seconds. Follow the instructions given in "CHAPTER 6" If the
alarm repeats for 3 hours, call service.
• E2 : Defrosting error. 4 beeps sound every 60 seconds.
• E3 : Air sensor error
• E4 : Evaporator sensor error
