Cleaning the teeth and guide on
the drill stand pillar

Blow the teeth and the guide of the drill stand
pillar (14) with compressed air and rub down
with a cloth to remove the drilling dust.
7.2
Cleaning and greasing the
eccentric shaft

Use an open-ended spanner to undo the
eccentric shaft (3).

Pull the eccentric shaft (3) out of the feed
slide (2) up to the limit stop.

Swing the motor plate (1) upwards and
remove from the feed slide (2) from above.

Clean and re-grease the thread of the
eccentric shaft (3).
•

Re-install the motor plate (1) and the eccen-
tric shaft (3) in the reverse order.
NOTE
Ensure handles are dry and free from grease.
