4.4 Identifi cation
The boiler can be identified by the:- Document envelope (1)
This is affixed to the right side and contains the following:
- Technical manual
- Warranty certificate
- Rating label (2)
The rating label shows the technical data and performance information for
the appliance.
This is affixed to the front of the door, and contains the following:
Alterations, removal or absence of identification labels, or any other
circumstance that makes it difficult to accurately identify the product,
can cause problems during installation and maintenance operations.

INSTALLATION

5.1 Packaging

- PREXTHERM RSW 92N÷600N boilers are supplied with the door, smokebox, insulation and panels installed.
- PREXTHERM RSW 720N÷1060N boilers are supplied with the door, smokebox and insulation installed, and the panels in a separate
cardboard
The ceramic fiber padding for the burner nozzle can be found inside the combustion chamber.

5.2 Handling

5.2.1 For models PREXTHERM RSW 92N÷600N (Fig. 5)
Remove the top panels (1), and use the holes indicated on the front and back
of the boiler (2) in order to lift and move the boiler.
Handle the unit carefully, using suitable equipment for the weight to be lifted.
Before connecting the boiler, remove the wooden base.
5.2.2 For models PREXTHERM RSW 720N÷1060N
The boilers are equipped with eyebolts for lifting. Handle the unit carefully,
using suitable equipment for the weight to be lifted. Before connecting the
boiler, remove the wooden base.
