the raft, then fold the raft in halves lengthwise. Roll both ends
of the raft towards the centre, fold the rolled sections over one
another and tie down with compression straps; put the folded
boat in the transport duff el bag. Push air out of the duff el bag,
roll its end and fasten it with clasps.

6. Treatment and Storage

The rubber coating on the boat surface will not tolerate long-
-term exposure to oil, petrol, toluene, acetone, kerosene and
similar solvents. Whenever it gets stained and before storing
it, wash the boat with lukewarm water with an addition of soap
or detergent. Thorough rinsing is necessary after use in se-
awater. It is advisable to check the condition of the infl ation
and relief valves. If a valve is leaky, you can use a special
valve wrench to screw out the valve body and clean the dia-
phragm using a stream of compressed air or water. Before
storing the boat, you are recommended to treat the boat surface
with a boat surface treatment agent, which has a cleaning eff ect,
impregnates the material against continued contamination, and
may even produce a UV protective fi lter. Never use silicone-
-containing agents for treating the boat. Store the cleaned and
dried boat in a dark, dry place at a temperature of (15 – 35) °C,
at least 1.5 m from any radiant heat source and out of the reach
of rodents. When stored for a long time, the boat should be in-
fl ated for 24 hours from time to time to prevent damage. You are
recommended to have a servicing check made on the boat by
the manufacturer or an authorized workshop at least once every
two to three years.
The boat life can be extended by careful treatment and
maintenance.

7. Guarantee Conditions

The guarantee period is 24 months and is calculated from
the date of sale. The producer provides cost-free repairs or
replacement of faulty components for material faults or pro-
duction faults.

8. Boat Repairing

You can easily repair a damaged boat yourselves by means
of the accompanying gluing set.
Gluing:
• mark out the damaged area on the boat and choose
an appropriately sized patch;
• the surfaces of both patch and place to be glued must be
clean, dry and without traces of old glue;
• sandpaper the patch and the damaged area and degrease
the area to be glued by using acetone or gasoline;
• spread a thin layer of glue on both surfaces to be glued and
repeat this step once the fi rst layer has dried;
• after the second layer has dried, press the patch fi rmly on
the damaged place, weigh down or use a rolling pin on
a fl at surface.
For minor repairs (punctures), it is possible to re-infl ate the boat
and continue using it after waiting for approx. 30 minutes;
after more serious repairs, you should wait for 24 hours be-
fore using the repaired boat. Complicated repairs should be
performed by the manufacturer or at authorized service stations.
Guarantee repairs and post-guarantee repairs are provi-
