Suitability Test for Base Materials
Hammer a nail into the base material.
If the point leaves a distinct impression
in the material and does not become
blunt:
– Determine the material suitability with a trial
attachment.
If the point becomes blunt:
– Base material is too hard. Not suitable.
Base material splinters:
– Base material is brittle. Not suitable.
If the point sinks into the base material.
– Base material is too soft. Not suitable.

Initial operation

Insert the cartridge strip into the cartridge guide 5.
Select an attachment stud and push it completely into
the muzzle 1.
Cock the tool: Pull out the front cylinder 11 to the
stop and slide back in again to the stop (See "Before
Putting into Operation")
Caution! The tool should be loaded and cocked
only immediately before use.
Press the tool at a right angle with both hands onto
the marked attachment point.
Pull the trigger 4.
