Installation Guide

RELY installation and setup are as simple as 1, 2, 3.

1. Download the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
Store.
• If you have been given an Activation Code, tap the Get Started button
to begin the setup process. If you've been provided with your username
and password already, simply login to the app to control or make
changes to your Rely Panel account.
• If you have not received your account information or activation code, or
are having difficulty logging in, please contact your dealer.
2. Use the Get Started wizard to set up your Rely account and install
each component of your system.
• After entering your activation code into the mobile app, you will be led
through each step of installing and setting up your RELY system.
• Plug in your Rely Security Panel to connect via Cell network when
prompted to do so in the app.
• Test your system to make sure it is set up properly.
3. Install your Rely Panel.
• Determine where you want to install the Panel. Detailed instructions on
how to install the Panel can be found in this guide.
