• This foot warmer may not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental skills or a lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and have been
instructed on how to use the foot warmer safely and are fully aware of the risks of use.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children.
• Ensure the device is undamaged before use. If any malfunction should occur during use, remove
your feet from the device, shut the device off immediately and remove the plug from the electri-
cal outlet. This device contains no user serviceable parts; never attempt to repair the unit yourself.
• The device is intended only for the purpose described in these instructions. The manufacturer will
not be responsible for damage caused by improper or careless use.
• Do not use the device on parts of the body which are inflamed, injured, or swollen. If in doubt, seek
medical advice prior to use.
• Excessively long use can cause the skin to be burned.
• Never fall asleep while the device is in use.
• The electric and magnetic fields emitted by this device can interfere with the operation of pacemak-
ers even though electric and magnetic field strengths are far below permissible limits. Consult your
doctor and the manufacturer of your pacemaker before using this device.
• The unit is not intended for commercial or industrial use. It is intended solely for household use only.
• Never immerse the device in water.
• Do not switch the device on when it is folded or compressed. Do not pinch the device between
objects or bend it sharply.
• Only use in dry surroundings.
• Do not pull on, twist or sharply bend the cables.
• Do not stick pins, needles, or sharp objects into this device.
• Keep this device away from children; it is not a toy.
• Use only the included power supply.
• This foot warmer must not be used to keep animals warm.
• Do not use this foot warmer with shoes.
• Please check this foot warmer frequently for signs of wear and tear or damage. If there are signs
indicating the above or if this foot warmer was used improperly, it must be returned to the manu-
facturer or retailer before further use.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer; contact customer service
for repair or replacement.
• Always observe the notes on operation (chapter 6) and cleaning and maintenance (chapter 7).
