Stirrers
The stirrers are suitable for mixing, stirring and whisking food or liquids.
Dough Hooks
The dough hooks are suitable for stirring and kneading bread doughs and cake mix-
tures.

Mixing Bowl

The mixing bowl is used for receiving the food during the preparation of cake mixtures
and bread doughs, for example, and for mixing together eggs and whipped cream, for
example.
Before the fi rst use
Before using the appliance you must:
• unpack the scope of supply,
• clean the appliance (see the chapter "Cleaning and storage").
Unpacking
ATTENTION!
■ Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. There is a risk of suf-
focation!
Unpack all parts and check the scope of supply for completeness (see the chapter "Scope
of supply and equipment overview") and for transport damage. If there is any damage to
some of the parts, do not use them(!), but contact our customer service .

Use

ATTENTION!
■ Make sure that the rotary switch for setting the speed levels is in the 0 position befo-
re you connect the device to the mains.
■ Do not switch on the device as long as the tilting mixer head is in an upright position.
■ Never operate the device without food. This might result in the device overheating
or damage to the motor.
■ Danger of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep body parts, hair, jewellery, and
clothing away from the device during use so that nothing can get caught in rotating
device parts.
■ Caution – danger of scalding! Do not use any hot food in the device as it could spurt
out during use.
■ Do not use any additional accessories. Only use accessories supplied by the manu-
facturer.
