2. On the iPhone/iPad, adjust the search range as follows: in the MainView list of
available devices, tap the

Note: See the Technical Specifications for the max. search range. The effective
search range depends on the obstacles (such as walls or other sources of
interference) between the device and the iPhone/iPad.

FindMe Function
The FindMe function allows you to find your iPhone/iPad using the iReminder, or
vice versa.
Caution: Make sure that the FindMe function is enabled by placing the switch [3]
in the left position (away from the key chain hook).
To find your iPhone/iPad using the iReminder:
1. Press the FindMe button [2]. If your iPhone/iPad is within the search range
(see Adjusting the Search Range), it beeps continuously.
2. On the iPhone/iPad, tap the Find button
3. Press the FindMe button [2] again to stop the FindMe function.
To find the iReminder using your iPhone/iPad:
1. On your iPhone/iPad, tap the Find button
iReminder is within the search range (see Adjusting the Search Range), it
beeps during 5 seconds.
2. If necessary, tap the Find button
Note: If you are not going to use the FindMe function, disable the function by
placing the switch [3] in the right-hand position (towards the key chain hook).
This will prevent that you accidentally put the device in sleep mode. In sleep
mode, the alarm does not function.
10. Map Location Mark
Note: This function uses the iPhone/iPad GPS function when outdoors. When
indoors, enable Wi-Fi to get an accurate location.
You can manually set a location mark on a map for your current position, or you
can let the app automatically set a location mark when an out-of-range alarm
occurs.
To set a location mark manually, go to the MainView list of available devices
and tap the
to go to MapView, then tap the Mark button and choose YES (fig. I). The app
places a red pin on the blue current location mark (fig. J).
To set a location mark automatically, go to the MainView list of available
devices and tap the
(fig. H) to go to MapView, then tap the Mark button. Remove the current mark
(if any), then enable the Map Location function. When an out-of-range alarm
occurs, the iPhone/iPad automatically places a red pin on the blue current
location mark (fig. J).
