Insertar el trozo de asta B en el conjunto articulación hasta el final, cuidando que el cable LED no se atasque o doble, luego fijarlo con
los tornillos en acero inoxidable 3.5x13 suministrados. Insertar el perfil en goma en el trozo de asta (B), cortado a medida (medida
goma: A – 1,8 mm) con sus tapones, cortando la parte arriba del tapón del lado de la articulación.
Con l'ausilio di uno o più cavalletti ed una livel-
la, procedere come segue:
1_ assemblare i tiranti infilando quello piccolo
in quello grande;
2_ bloccare il terminale del tirante lato barriera
sulla torretta fissata all'armadio, per mez-
zo della vite M16x50 ed il grano a punta
M6x10 in dotazione;
3_ bloccare il terminale del tirante lato stra-
da sul gruppo snodo, utilizzando una vite
M10x35 e relativo dado autobloccante in
dotazione;
4_ mantenendo l'orizzontalità dell'asta (con-
trollare con una livella) forare il tirante inter-
no Ø 7;
5_ fissare i tiranti tra loro per mezzo di una vite
M10x35 e relativo dado autobloccante in
dotazione.
Nota: togliendo il tirante assemblato ed
agendo sul dado A è possibile regolare la
lunghezza dello stesso di ca. ± 1 cm.
With the help of one or more trestle supports
and a spirit level proceed as follows:
1_ assemble the tie-rod sections inserting the
smaller into the bigger one;
2_ lock the terminal of the tie-rod (barrier side)
to the anchoring plate attached to the bar-
rier cabinet with the screw M16x50 and the
set screw M6x10 supplied;
3_ lock the terminal of the tie-rod (barrier side)
to the boom joint, using a screw M10X35
and a matching nut (supplied);
4_ holding the screw in a horizontal position
(check with a spirit level), drill a hole in the
smaller tie-rod section;
5_ secure the tie-rod sections using a screw M10x35 and a matching nut (supplied).
Note: the complete tie-rod can be adjusted in length +- 1 cm removing it and acting on the nut A.
Mit Hilfe eines oder mehrerer Ständer und einer Wasserwaage, folgendermaßen vorzugehen:
1_ die Spannstangen zusammenbauen;
2_ die Stange an der Schrankengehäuse-Grundplatte mit Hilfe einer Schraube M16x50 und einer Druckschraube M6x10 (mitgeliefert)
befestigen;
3_ die Stange an der Knickbaumeinrichtung mit Hilfe einer Schraube M10x35 und einer selbstsichernden Mutter (mitgeliefert) befesti-
gen;
4_ mit Hilfe einer Wasserwaage, den Schrankenbaum waagerecht halten; die Spannstange Ø 7 durchbohren;
5_ die Spannstangen mit Hilfe einer Schraube M10x35 und einer selbstsichernden Mutter (mitgeliefert) befestigen.
ANMERKUNG: die Spannstange kann ± 1 cm justiert werden: die zusammengebaute Spannstange abnehmen, die Verstel-
lung erfolgt durch die Schraubenmutter (A).
Inserire l'asta B sul gruppo snodo fino all'appoggio, pre-
stando attenzione al cavo di collegamento per i led, quindi
fissarla allo snodo con le viti autoforanti 3,5x13 inox for-
nite nella confezione. Montare poi il profilo in gomma per
l'asta B (precedentemente tagliato a misura, B-1,8 mm)
con relativi tappi, avendo cura di tagliare la parte superio-
re di quello dalla parte dello snodo.
Insert the boom section B completely onto the boom joint,
playing attention to the LED-cable extension provided with
the joint, then secure it using the stainless steel screws
3,5x13 supplied. Insert the rubber bead, previously cut to
size (size: B– 1,8 mm), into the boom section A with its
caps. The cap on the flange connection side must be cut
in its upper side.
Den Waagerechten Baum (B) in der Knickbaumeinrich-
tung komplett einstecken und mit den Edelstahl-Schrau-
ben 3,5x13 (mitgeliefert) befestigen. Die Knickbaum-
einrichtung verfügt über ein Anschlusskabel mit offenen
Enden: bei der Montage auf das Kabel beachten. Gum-
miprofil in der gewünschte Länge (Länge = B – 1,8 mm)
schneiden und einführen; die Gummistöpsel (gebührend
geschnitten) montieren.
Monter complètement la section de lisse (partie mobile)
B sur l'ensemble articulation, en faisant attention au mor-
ceau de câble équipant l'ensemble articulation. Fixer la
section avec les vis en acier inoxydable 3,5x13 (livrées).
Enfoncer donc le profil en caoutchouc, précédemment
découpé à la mesure, sur la section de lisse B (mesure du
découpage du profil: B – 1,8 mm), avec ses bouchons. Le
