WELCOME
Congratulations for choosing LAZER RingO, the innovative
Bluetooth system specially designed to allow you easy audio
communication on your scooter or motorbike.
LAZER RingO is a device compatible with all Bluetooth audio
transmitters. It can be fully operated with only one control
button (1c).
A single LED (red/blue) (1a) is the indicator of its functions:
pairing, charging, on/off, low battery indicator.
LAZER RingO adds a weight of less than 40g to the total
helmet's weight.
In order to get the best use out of your LAZER RingO, please
thoroughly read this manual, and keep it in a safe place
for a later use.
CHARGING LAZER RINGO
Before using the LAZER RingO for the first time, the battery
must be fully charged. Plug the charger (4) into an electric
220-240 V socket and then insert the other end of the cable
to the LAZER RingO USB jack (3).
While the battery is charging the LED (1a) is red and will turn
off once it is fully charged.
NOTE: Never unplug from the socket by pulling the cables.
Always handle the plug to extract it from the socket.
NOTE: It is recommended to completely charge the battery
each time, this will extend the battery life time.
NOTE: When the battery is completely charged but has not
been used for a long time, it may have less energy storage
than normal. After being recharged a short time, the energy
storage will increase back to normal.
USER MANUAL P. 3
INSTALLING LAZER RINGO
LAZER RingO is easy to fit in your helmet. Remove the cheek
pads and put the earphone (main unit) (2) at the level of
your ear. This device is designed to be placed on the left side
(user's position) as indicated in figure.
To fix the earphone, use one of the Velcro tapes (with
adhesive) (5). We recommend sticking the male part of the
Velcro (Hook) on the back side of the main unit (2), and
the other Velcro (Loop) on the inside of the helmet, interior
fabrics of some helmets can be used as a loop side of the
Velcro as well. In some other helmet models, even no Velcro
is needed.
The charging cable (3) can be placed on the side or rear
area of the helmet (for better access when charging the
device).
Place the microphone (1) close to your mouth, ensuring
that the on/off button (1c) is in front of you.
