If the software has not started, first try to open the Gigaset WLAN Adapter
Monitor manually.

To do this, in the start menu, click on Start – Programs –
Gigaset USB Adapter 108 – Gigaset WLAN Adapter Monitor.
If this fails, then something went wrong during installation.
ì
Deinstall the software.
ì
Then install the software again.
The number of coloured bars in the icon shows the connection quality.

Security settings

The security settings are deactivated by default. It is strongly recommended that
you activate the security settings. Please refer to the detailed operating instruc-
tions on the CD-ROM.
Please remember:
Successful communication depends on all the connection partners in a WLAN
using the same security settings.

Gigaset USB Adapter 108 not plugged in
Red cross above the icon:
No connection to the network
Green ball above the icon:
Connection established
