STEAMAX P.228 – USING THE DEVICE
Adjust the Preheat Function
When the device is powered on, press the power button and the right adjustment button simultaneously for two seconds to enter
the menu. (LOGO mode appears first) Press the left adjustment button to enter the PREHEAT sub menu. Press the power button
to switch between preheat wattage and preheat time. Press the right or the left adjustment button to increase or decrease the
parameter. Confirm your setting by pressing the power button.

Install Batteries

The P.228 has a lockable battery cover on the bottom of the device.
1. Please fully charge the two identical 18650 batteries before using them for the first time and ensure that they have sufficient power.
2. Open the battery cover and place the batteries according to the marked poles in the device. Lock the battery cover.
Charging and Upgrading the P.228
Please use high-rate 18650 cells with continuous rated discharge current of ≥ 25A. Insert two identical batteries for using the device.
The micro USB port is located above the adjustment buttons of the P.228. Connect it with the QC USB charger for charging or upgrading
your box mod.
