16. Perform a trial run and check the cooling circuit for tightness.

Sealed burner system ... Flush or replace filter pipe in 800 hr service intervals.
Open burner system (double sheath gas nozzle) ... Flush or replace filter pipe in
500 hr service intervals.
12. Insert the water filter (Fig. 4) – see
Fig. 3 – and connect the PVC hose to
the plug-in connector (red nut).
13. Fit the power supply unit to the cooler
and make electrical connections.
14. Connect the water return hose (red)
of the connecting hose pack to the
water filter plug-in connector.
15. Connect the water feed hose (blue) of
the connecting hose pack to the plug-
in connector (black nut).
