SELECTING THE SANDING SHEET
Depending on the material to be worked and the required rate of material removal,
different sanding sheets are available:

Medium
80, 100, 120
Fine
180 to 400
INSERTING AND REMOVING THE BATTERY (FIG. 2)
1. Inserting the Battery: Insert the charged battery into the handle until it can be felt
to engage and sit flush against the handle.
2. Removing the Battery: To remove the battery, press the unlocking buttons and
pull the battery out of the tool at the rear. Do not exert any force.
OPERATION
CHARGING THE BATTERY (FIG. 3)
CAUTION! The battery should be fully charged before first use and whenever it fails
to produce sufficient power on jobs that were easily done before.
It is recommended to charge the battery for 1 hour for the initial charge. To obtain
maximum energy, ensure the battery is fully discharged before re-charging for the
first 5 or 6 charges. The battery must also be charged for a full hour during this time.
WARNING! Use only the battery charger supplied with this tool or an identical
replacement. Use only original lithium-ion batteries with the voltage listed on the
nameplate of your power tool. Other batteries or chargers can cause damage or injury.
1. Insert the plug into a 120V AC power outlet. The two LED light (A&B Fig.3) comes
on, indicating the charger is ready for use.
2. Insert the battery pack into the receptacle in the charging station, making sure it is
well seated in the charger. The LED light (A) changes to red, and the LED light
(B) still green, indicating the battery is charged
3. The battery pack will normally be fully charged after 60 minutes, when the LED
light (A) changes to green.
4. Remove the battery from the charger.
