Repairing

Every intervention on device must be performed by manufacturer or authorized personnel.

Spare parts

Contact the manufacturer for original spare parts.
To preserve product warranty, functionality and product safety we recommend to use only original
spare parts.
Warranty (we recommend that you fill in and post
the light blue warranty card).
MAG1000 is covered by a 24-month warranty with effect from the date of purchase. The
batteries, battery charger, connection cables and therapeutic belt are covered by a 6-month
warranty; parts subject to wear are excluded from the warranty, unless evident manufacturing
defects are found.
The warranty will lapse in the event that the equipment is tampered with or work has been
carried out on the same by personnel not authorised by the manufacturer or authorised dealer.
The warranty conditions are described in the "Warranty Regulations".
Post the light blue card and keep the green card
N.B. responsibility of the purchaser: the purchaser is responsible for validating the warranty by
filling in the warranty card (light blue warranty validation card), stamped by the retailer, and
sending it to the manufacturer.
In the event of future repairs under warranty, the equipment must be packaged to prevent damage
during transport and sent to the manufacturer together with all of the accessories, ensuring that
all parts of the service card (green service card) have been filled in. The purchaser only has the
right to repair under warranty when the equipment is returned to the manufacturer complete with
the green service card signed by the retailer, together with the receipt or invoice proving the correct
origin of the product.
