5 Cleaning an maintenance

5.1 Cleaning
Before cleaning and assembling, fan
must be unplugged.
WARNING: Do not use any
abrasive detergent or sol-

vents to avoid scratching
the surface. Do not use any
of the following as a cleaner:
gasoline, thinner.
1. The electric heater should be cleaned
regularly to wipe out the dust on the
surface of flanges. As this may influ-
ence the radiating efficiency.
2. Disconnect electricity supply and allow
radiator to cool, wipe out dust with a
soft damp cloth. Do not use detergent
or abrasives.
3. Do not scrap the surfaces of flanges
with sharp hard tools, to avoid surfa-
ces getting rusty, because of damage
of the paint coat.

5.2 Handling and transportation

• During handling and transportation,
carry the appliance in its original pack-
aging. The packaging of the appliance
protects it against physical damages.
• Do not place heavy loads on the appli-
ance or on the packaging. The appli-
ance may get damaged.
• Dropping the appliance may render it
non operational or cause permanent
damage.
