- Page 6 6 Nm INSTALL FAIRING BRACKETS. 4.4 lb-ft Position the fairing bracket and fasten it using two M6 screws, four M6 flat washers, and two M6 lock nuts as shown. Use a 5 mm hex wrench or torque wrench along with a closed wrench to fully tighten the screws to 6 Nm (4.4 ft-lb).
- Page 7 ASSEMBLE THE PIVOT MOUNTS WITH THE BRACKETS. Assemble the brackets with the carriage bolts, join them together with the pivot mount, and secure them together with 4 M6 x 16 mm capscrews. - Page 8 PLACE THE PLATFORM. With the help of another person, start from the rear of the vehicle and move forward, then carefully set the platform down onto the pivot mounts. NOTE: To reduce wind noise the optimal position of the Platforms Wind Deflector is touching the RuggedLine Fairing.
