CONNECTING THE DEVICE

CONNECTING THE IS-RSM3A.RG (wired version)
You can connect the IS-RSM3A.RG to approved i.safe MOBILE GmbH devices with a 16-pin
ISM interface.
Connect the 16-pin ISM connector to the 16-pin ISM interface.
Hand-tighten the screw.
The installation is also described in the operating manuals of the approved
i.safe MOBILE GmbH devices with a 16-pin ISM interface.
CONNECTING THE IS-RSM3B.RG (Bluetooth-version)
You can connect the IS-RSM3B.RG to any Bluetooth devices.
Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device.
In switched-off state press and hold the power key on the IS-RSM3B.RG for about 5 seconds.
The status LED Bluetooth (blue) starts flashing and the IS-RSM3B.RG searches for a Bluetooth
connection.
Search on the Bluetooth device for IS-RSM3B.RG and connect.
The status LED Bluetooth lights up constantly.
NFC PAIRING MODE (ONLY IS-RSM3B.RG)
The IS-RSM3B.RG provides a built-in NFC-TAG for „easy pairing" (see device overview).
Activate the „NFC-function" on your mobile device.
In switched-off state press and hold the power key on the IS-RSM3B.RG for about 5 seconds.
Scan the NFC-Tag area with the mobile device and follow the instructions on your mobile
device.

USING THE DEVICE

CAUTION
When using headsets at the maximum volume setting, first set the volume cont-
rol on the device to 50 % of the maximum volume. Gradually adjust the volume.
Only use the device at ambient temperatures between -20 °C to +55 °C (-4 °F to +131 °F).
