CHARGING
NOTICE
Incorrect charging can cause damage to the device. Please note the following when
charging:
Only charge the device using the charging equipment approved by
i.safe MOBILE GmbH.
Only charge the device at ambient temperatures between 0 °C to +45 °C (+32 °F to
+113 °F).
Charge the device under dry indoor conditions only.
Do not charge the device in environments dusty or humid.
Do not charge the device in the vicinity of flammable substances.
Your device package does not contain a power supply unit. Use a 5 V/3 A power supply unit
and the USB-C Cable supplied for charging.
Connect the USB-C Cable to the power supply unit.
Connect the USB-C Cable to the USB interface of the IS-DCRSM3.1 Desktop Charger.
Insert the IS-RSM3x.RG into the IS-DCRSM3.1 Desktop Charger.
Connect the power supply unit to the power socket.
The status LED battery on the IS-RSM3x.RG shows the charging status.
Charging mode:
green on = battery 95 % - 100 %,
red on = battery 0 % - 94 %,
Operation mode:
green flashing = battery 100 % - 41 %,
yellow flashing = battery 40 % - 21 %,
red flashing = battery 20 % - 0,1 %
CHARGING IS-RSM3A.RG (wired version)
You can also charge the IS-RSM3A.RG via an approved i.safe MOBILE GmbH
device with a 16-pin ISM interface.
Connect the 16-pin ISM connector to the 16-pin ISM interface.
The IS-RSM3A.RG is charged with a charging capacity of 500 mAh. Charging the IS-RSM3A.
RG and the connected device at the same time will extend the charging time.
