1. HANDLEBAR INSTALLATION
1. Rotate the stand pipe towards the front of the vehicle and adjust the relative parallelism
and verticality between the stand pipe, front fork, and frame.

2. Tighten the top cover screws using
the No. 5 Allen wrench from the 16 in 1
tool.

3. Use the No. 4 Allen wrench from the 16 in
1 tool to tighten the screws at "a" and "b" in
the figure. Note: The two screws should be
gradually tightened, do not tighten one
before tightening the other.
