  • Page 5 Einleitung Zu diesem Dokument Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung beschreibt alle Funktionen und die Bedienung von Plattformschüttlern des Typs Hei-SHAKE Wave Core mit Bewegungsart 'taumelnd' . Die Betriebsanleitung ist als integraler Lieferbestandteil zum beschriebenen Gerät zu betrachten.   • Page 9 Sicherheit Betriebssicherheit Betreiben Sie das Gerät unter einem geschlossenen belüfteten Abzug, wenn Sie mit potenziell gefährlichen Stoffen arbeiten (entspr. EN 14175 sowie DIN 12924). Nehmen Sie keinesfalls eigenmächtige Änderungen oder Umbauten am Gerät vor! Verwenden Sie grundsätzlich originale bzw. ausdrücklich vom Hersteller zugelassene Ersatz- und Zubehörteile! Beheben Sie Störungen oder Fehler am Gerät sofort.

  • Page 14 Verwenden Sie zur Platzierung und Fixierung von Laborgefäßen die in verschiedenen Größen als Zubehör erhältlichen Tablare und Gefäßaufsätze.   • Page 15 Bedienung Bedienung Gerät ein-/ausschalten Mit dem Anlegen der Netzspannung befindet sich das Gerät im Standby-Modus (LED der Taste [Standby] leuchtet weiß). Drücken Sie die Taste [Standby] kurz, um das Gerät zu aktivieren: Die LED der Taste wechselt auf Dauergrün (siehe auch Abschnitt „Mechanischer Aufbau, Bedienfeld“...
  • Page 16 Bedienung Geräteeinstellungen Blenden Sie wie im Abschnitt „Menüführung“ auf Seite 14 beschrieben die Menüleiste ein und öffnen Sie das Menü [Geräteeinstellungen], [6]. In den Geräteeinstellungen können Sie das Anlauf- und Abbremsverhalten des Geräts festlegen [9] und die Funktion [Automatischer Wiederanlauf] aktivieren/deaktivieren [10], siehe folgende Abschnitte.
  • Page 17 Bedienung Markieren Sie im Menü [Geräteeinstellungen] mithilfe des Drück-Dreh-Reglers die Option [Automatischer Wiederanlauf]. Aktivieren bzw. deaktivieren Sie die Funktion, indem Sie auf den Drück-Dreh-Regler drücken Statusanzeige im Bereich der Menüleiste: Rotationssymbol weiß: Funktion deaktiviert. Drücken Sie auf den Drück-Dreh- Regler, um die Funktion zu aktivieren. Das Symbol wechselt auf orange. Rotationssymbol orange: Funktion aktiv.

  • Page 19 Bedienung Timer-Betrieb Im Timer-Betrieb kann eine bestimmte Zeitdauer für die kontinuier- liche Schüttelbewegung vorgegeben werden. Drücken Sie zum Aktivieren der Timer-Funktion kurz die Taste [Timer]. Der Sollwert [Timer] wechselt auf orange. In diesem Zustand kann mit dem Drück-Dreh-Regler ein Wert im Bereich von 1 min – 999 h 59 min festgelegt werden: drehen Sie hierzu den Drück-Dreh-Regler, bis der gewünschte Wert angezeigt wird (im Beispiel: fünf Minuten.

The [Timer] setpoint changes to orange.
