5.2 The warranty application is excluded in case of damage, malfunction or performance problems caused by industrial air pollutants or external
agents (for example, acid rain), bird droppings, tree sap, stones, floods, hurricanes or the like.
5.3 The warranty application is excluded when the nature of the request is reason for the participation of a third party or comes from an intentional
misdoing.
5.4 Defects arising from initial assembly/adjustment must be claimed within 30 days of receipt of the bicycle. Once this period has elapsed, it will be
understood that the user is responsible for the state of the adjustment and therefore the application of the warranty is excluded.
5.5 The warranty application does not imply, in any case, that LEGEND EBIKES is obliged to provide a replacement vehicle for the time necessary for
