  • Page 11 4.3 Installation Steps Step 1: POWER OFF the battery. Step 2: Remove the dust covers. Step 3: Install the M8×20 bolts. Step 4: Attach the battery terminals. WARNING - Do not place washers between the terminal bolts and cable lugs to avoid high resistance and overheating.
  • Page 12 5. Connect Multiple Batteries in Parallel 5.1 Balance Battery Voltage Before connecting batteries, balance their voltage for optimal performance. Step 1: Fully charge each battery using the appropriate charger. Charge controller Battery Fuse Step 2: Use a multimeter to check the voltage of each battery. The difference should be no more than 0.3V.
