If the battery is removed from the device the unit will lose its
internal time setting used for the internal event log.
When starting up the device after the battery has been
removed the device will signal this by automatically entering
service mode and displaying the battery status.
The service mode can be exiting battery status check by
pushing the mode button for 4 seconds or by waiting 2
minutes without any interaction.
Service mode needs to be exited before the device is ready for
use.

Cleaning

The PAC can be cleaned together with the SCBA according to the washing
instructions for the SCBA.
Remove the battery pack. Insert the Tally key and the washing plug for battery
compartment and whistle.

Clean the PAC in a washing mashine or by hand at maximum 60 °C.
