OPERATION
SERVICE FLOW: Water drawn
down stream from the injector will
automatically cause the injector to
"click" and inject the set amount of
solution into the water line. The
higher the flow rate the more fre-
quent the clicking, as the injector is
designed to inject solution at the
same set ratio irregardless of water
flow.
Water flow and pressures
must be within the estab-
lished specifications. See
the specification section on
page 12 for your model.
CHANGE FEED RATE: The
feed rate on the injector is adjust-
able
EVEN WHILE OPERATING AND
UNDER WATER PRESSURE.

to change the solution injection ra-
tio. See fig 5 The setting indicator
mark in the sleeve opening indi-
cates the approximate ratio of injec-
tion setting.
Check outlet water for
chemical to assure desired feed rate
is being delivered.
NOTE: Do not screw Ratio Ad-
juster below lowest setting line on
decal. This can cause the injector to
lock.
BYPASS OPERATION: Inject-
ing solution into the water line can
be TEMPORARILY stopped with
the bypass feature. Moving the
"Bypass Lever" to the "OFF" posi-
tion allows service water to pass
through the injector without inject-
ing chemical. With the Bypass
Lever set on the "ON" position the
injector will operate as normal and
"clicking" will be heard when water
is flowing. It is recommend to use
the three valve bypass valves in Fig
2 for continued bypassing or servic-
ing of the injector.
ACTION DU DEBIT : Le débit

Plus le débit est élevé
plus l'appareil « clique »
fréquemment, comme l'in-
jecteur est conçu pour injecter le
même taux quelque soit les varia-
tions de débit. Voir les spécificités
de votre appareil en p11.
CHANGEMENT DU TAUX
D'INJECTION
Le taux d'injection est réglable en
continu, MEME EN COURS DE
FONCTIONNEMENT et SOUS
PRESSION DE L'EAU. Pour
changer le taux d'injection tournez
Rotate
« le cylindre d'ajustement » (61) .
Voir fig. 5 le repère de réglage
indique le taux de réglage de l'in-
jection.
N.B. : Ne pas dévisser la bague de
réglage au-delà de la graduation la
plus basse.
Vérifier à la sortie de la pompe que
le pourcentage désiré soit bien ob-
tenu.
UTILISATION DU BY PASS
L'injection de produit peut être
TEMPORAIREMENT interrompu
par l'équipement by pass de l'ap-
pareil. En basculant le commuta-
teur vers le « off » l'eau passe par
le doseur sans injection de produit.
En position « ON» on entend à
nouveau le « clic » l'appareil fonc-
tionne normalement grâce à l'eau
motrice. Pour une utilisation plus
durable en by pass il est recom-
mander de faire l'installation avec
3 vannes comme Fig2.
Attention : L'injecteur est sous
pression de l'eau indépendamment
de la position du commutateur ON/
OFF.

MODIFICACIÓN DEL POR-
CENTAJE DE INYECCIÓN
La tasa de inyección se puede regu-
lar mientras la bomba está en funcio-
namiento y bajo presión de agua.
Para cambiar el % de inyección en-
rosque o desenrosque el anillo de
reglaje (61) hasta alcanzar el reglaje
deseado. Alinear la parte superior
del anillo de reglaje hasta situarse
sobre el % de inyección deseada.

NOTA: No desenrosque el anillo de
reglaje más allá de la graduación
más baja. Compruebe a la salida del
inyector que la tasa de inyección es
la deseada.
INTERRUPTOR BY PASS: La
inyección de producto puede TEM-
PORALMENTE ser parada por el
mecanismo que equipa la bomba.
Oscilando el interruptor hacia el
"OFF" el agua pasa por la bomba sin
inyección de producto. En posición
"ON" se entiende de nuevo el "Clic"
la bomba funciona normalmente
cuando el agua pasa. Para una utili-
zación más duradera en desviación
es recomendar hacer la instalación
con 3 válvulas como Fig2.
Atención: El inyector está siempre
bajo presión del agua independiente-
mente de la posición del interruptor
ON/OFF.
