    At least 48 in. (1219 mm) of clear floor space is required to provide complete front, rear and side access. • Ensure that appropriate electrical service (Nominal 208-240V AC input, 50/60 Hz) is available at the installation site. The SRCOOL33K is furnished with two points of mains power input and can receive power via attached 10-ft.

    Tripp Lite’s SmartRack Bolt-Down Kit (model SRBOLTDOWN) or user-supplied hardware. 5.2 Baying If your application requires the SRCOOL33K/SRXCOOL33K to be bayed in a row of rack enclosures: • Locate the two baying brackets that correspond to baying connection points on the adjoining racks. If necessary, remove screws from the baying connection points of the adjoining racks.
  • Page 4 6. Mechanical Connections 6.2 Ducting to Outside Environment If required, the SRCOOL33K/SRXCOOL33K can be ducted to the outside environment. Additional hardware for this application must be user supplied; it is not included with the unit. The following requirements apply: • Additional 250 mm (10-in.) diameter tubes may be needed • Booster fans may be required depending upon the length of the additional tubing installed...

    7.1 Swapping Input Power Cord Connection (SRCOOL33K only) The SRCOOL33K is furnished with two points of possible mains power input, one at the top of the unit and one at the bottom. Neither is recommended over the other and a circuit inside the unit only allows one to be used at a time. If the unit is connected to mains power input at both points, it will default to receiving power from the input at the bottom of the unit.
  • Page 6 Incorrect wiring may damage the air-conditioning unit severely and cause serious personal injury and property damage. Read all safety instructions and codes before proceeding. The SRCOOL33K/SRXCOOL33K can be hardwired at either point of mains power input. If it was installed, remove the power cord assembly from the point of installation by removing the screws and disconnecting the cord from the terminal block.

    9. Additional Contact Connections The SRCOOL33K/SRXCOOL33K includes an additional set of connectors that allow you to connect to your facility’s Remote Emergency Power Off (EPO) circuit and provide additional leak detection, alarm and run contacts. Connecting the unit to the EPO circuit enables remote emergency shutdown of the unit. Connect EPO input to a user-supplied remote switch, following the circuit diagram below.
