BRUKSANVISNINGEN OCH PÅ VERKTYGET
När du använder en elektrisk apparat ska du alltid följa vissa grundläggande säkerhetsföreskrifter,
inklusive de följande:

Pacemakers och defibrillatorer kan påverkas av starka magnetiska fält. Om du eller någon i hushållet har en pacemaker eller defibrillator ska du undvika att placera
fjärrkontrollen i en ficka eller i närheten av enheten.
2.
Kreditkort och elektroniska lagringsmedia kan också påverkas av magneter och bör förvaras på avstånd från fjärrkontrollen och den övre delen av fläkten.

Värmaren är het när den används och en tid efter avstängning. Om bar hud kommer i kontakt med heta ytor kan brännskada uppkomma. När du flyttar värmaren, håll
den i nederdelen och inte i luftströmpartiet.
2.
Håll brännbart material som möbler, kuddar, papper, kläder och gardiner minst 0,9 m från värmarens främre del, sidor och bakparti när värmaren är inkopplad.
3.
Extra försiktighet är nödvändig när värmaren används i närheten av barn eller handikappade eller lämnas obevakad i påslaget skick.
4.
Värmaren får inte användas som leksak och särskild uppsikt är nödvändig när den används av barn eller nära barn. Barn bör förhindras att leka med värmaren eller
fjärrkontrollen.
5.
Denna värmare och fjärrkontroll bör inte användas av barn eller personer med nedsatt fysisk eller psykisk förmåga eller bristande kunskap och erfarenhet såvida de inte
instruerats av någon person som är väl insatt i en säker användning av värmaren.
6.
Nederdelen måste sitta fast ordentligt före användningen. Ta inte isär verktyget och använd det inte om inte nederdelen sitter fast ordentligt.
7.
Får ENDAST användas i torra miljöer. Får ej användas utomhus eller på våta ytor eller i badrum, tvättrum eller liknande platser inomhus. Ställ inte värmaren så att den
riskerar att falla i ett badkar eller annan vattenbehållare. Använd eller förvara inte där den kan bli våt eller i direkt anslutning till bad, dusch eller swimmingpool.
8.
Värmaren har heta inre delar och bör inte användas på platser där bensin, färg eller andra brandfarliga varor förvaras eller avger ångor. Använd den inte tillsammans
med lufrenare eller liknande.
9.
Ställ den inte nära ett eluttag.
10.
Sätt alltid stickproppen direkt i vägguttaget. Använd inte förlängningssladd eftersom ett överslag kan medföra att elkabeln överhettas och fattar eld.
11.
Ta inte i värmaren eller dess elanslutningar med våta händer.
12.
Dra inte ur stickproppen genom att dra i elsladden. Ta greppet i stickproppen, inte i sladden.
13.
Ställ inte verktyget så att sladden hålls i spänn. Lägg inte sladden under heltäckande golvmattor. Täck inte över sladden med mattor, löpare eller liknande. Låt inte
sladden ligga under möbler, TV-apparater eller liknande. För att undvika att någon snubblar, dra sladden så att den hålls borta från platser med mycket gångtrafik.
14.
Använd inte en trasig sladd eller stickpropp. Om elsladden är skadad måste den för undvikande av skada eller olyckshändelse bytas ut av Dyson, företagets representant
eller annan yrkeskunnig person.
15.
När du kopplar ut värmaren, stäng av kontrollerna och dra sedan ur stickproppen ur vägguttaget. Låt stickproppen vara ur när värmaren inte används.
16.
Använd inte värmaren om den felfungerar eller har tappats i golvet eller skadats på något sätt. Kontakta Witt A/S eller lämna in den till en auktoriserad
reparationsverkstad för felsökning och/eller reparation.
17.
För att undvika brand, använd inte värmaren om något inlopp eller utlopp är blockerat och ta bort damm, skräp, hår eller annat som kan minska luftströmmen. Lägg inga
föremål i inloppet eller utloppet eftersom det kan medföra elstötar eller brand och/eller skada värmaren.
18.
Får ej användas på mjuka ytor som t.ex. sängar där öppningarna kan blockeras.
19.
Får endast användas enligt Dysons bruksanvisning. All användning som inte rekommenderats av tillverkaren kan medföra brand, elektrisk stöt eller personskada.
20.
För undvikande av överhettning och brandrisk, täck aldrig över värmaren.
21.
Kvävningsrisk: fjärrkontrollen innehåller ett mindre batteri. Håll fjärrkontrollen utom räckhåll för barn och svälj inte batteriet. Om batteriet skulle sväljas - sök läkarhjälp
omgående.
VIKTIGA SÄKERHETSFUNKTIONER
Av säkerhetsskäl har värmaren utrustats med strömbrytare som stänger av värmaren automatiskt om den tippas eller överhettas. Om strömbrytarna aktiverats, stäng av
strömmen och låt värmaren svalna. Innan värmaren startas om, kontrollera och åtgärda eventuella blockeringar och se till att den står stadigt.

USING YOUR DYSON HEATER
PLEASE READ THE 'IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS' IN THIS
DYSON OPERATING MANUAL BEFORE PROCEEDING.
OPERATION
•
The base must be fitted securely before operating. Do not dismantle or use
without the base fitted.
•
The heater will not operate unless the target temperature is above the room
temperature.
•
The heater will not oscillate when the control buttons are pressed.
•
For your safety this heater is fitted with automatic cut-out switches that operate if
the heater tips over or overheats. If the switches operate, unplug the heater and
allow it to cool. Before restarting the heater check and clear any blockages and
ensure the heater is on a solid level surface.
•
If power is interrupted an E1 failure message will be displayed. The heater will
need to be turned off and then on again. If the problem persists, call the Dyson
Helpline.
•
Do not carry out any maintenance or repair work other than that shown in this
Dyson Operating Manual, or advised by the Dyson Helpline.
•
Do not lubricate any part of this heater.
TILT FUNCTION
Carefully hold the base and the top of the loop amplifier. Tilt forward or
backward for the required airflow angle.
CLEANING
•
Turn the heater into stand by mode/off.
•
Unplug from the mains electricity supply.
•
Allow to cool for 1 to 2 hours before cleaning if the heater has been in use.
•
To clean, wipe with a dry or damp cloth only.
•
Do not use detergents or polishes to clean the heater.
STORAGE
•
When not in use, unplug from the mains electricity supply.
•
Store the heater in a dry location and arrange the cable away from the traffic
area so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
CAUTION:
•
Turn the heater into stand by mode and unplug from the mains electricity supply
before replacing the battery.
•
Ensure the polarity is correct when installing the battery.
•
Do not attempt to dismantle or charge the battery. Keep away from fire.
•
Follow battery manufacturers' instructions when installing new batteries
(battery type CR 2032).
TROUBLESHOOTING
•
Remember: Always unplug from the mains electricity supply before inspecting
for problems.
•
If the heater will not operate, first check the mains socket has electricity supply
and that the plug is properly inserted into the socket.
•

GUARANTEE
WHAT IS COVERED
The repair or replacement of your Dyson appliance (at Dyson's discretion) if it
is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within
2 years of purchase or delivery (if any part is no longer available or out of
manufacture Dyson will replace it with a functional replacement part).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Dyson does not guarantee the repair or replacement of a product as a result of:
•
Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect,
careless operation or handling of the appliance which is not in accordance with
the Dyson Operating Manual.
•
Use of the appliance for anything other than normal domestic household
purposes.
•
Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of
Dyson.
•
Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine Dyson components.
•
Faulty installation (except where installed by Dyson).
•
Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Dyson or its authorised
agents.
•
Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or
power surges.
•
Failures caused by circumstances outside Dyson's control.
•
Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the rating plate.
•
Blockages – please refer to the Dyson Operating Manual for details of how to
look for and clear blockages.
•
Normal wear and tear, such as the battery.
If you are in any doubt as to what is covered by your guarantee, please
contact Dyson.
SUMMARY OF COVER
•
The guarantee becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery
if this is later).
•
You must provide proof of (both the original and any subsequent) delivery/purchase
before any work can be carried out on your Dyson appliance. Without this proof,
any work carried out will be chargeable. Keep your receipt or delivery note.
•
All work will be carried out by Dyson or its authorised agents.
•
Any parts which are replaced will become the property of Dyson.
•
The repair or replacement of your Dyson appliance under guarantee will not
extend the period of guarantee.
•
The guarantee provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.

FONCTIONNEMENT
•
La base doit être bien fixée avant la mise en marche de l'appareil. Ne pas le
démonter ou l'utiliser avec la base non fixée.
•
Le chauffage ne fonctionnera pas tant que la température ciblée est inférieure à
la température ambiante de la pièce.
•
Le chauffage n'oscillera pas si les boutons de commandes sont enfoncés.
•
Pour la sécurité de l'utilisateur, cet appareil est équipé de coupe-circuits
automatiques qui s'activent si le chauffage est renversé ou en cas de surchauffe
de ce dernier. Si les coupe-circuits sont activés, débrancher le chauffage et
le laisser refroidir. Avant de rallumer le chauffage, vérifier et dégager toute
obstruction et s'assurer que le chauffage est sur une surface dure et plane.
•
En cas de coupure d'alimentation, un message d'échec E1 s'affiche. Il faut alors
éteindre puis rallumer le chauffage. Si le problème persiste, appeler le Service
Consommateurs Dyson.
•
N'effectuer aucune tâche d'entretien ou de réparation autre que celles indiquées
dans ce manuel d'utilisation ou conseillées par le Service Consommateurs Dyson.
•
Ne lubrifier aucune partie de ce chauffage.
FONCTION INCLINAISON
Saisir avec précaution la base et le haut de l'anneau amplificateur d'air. Faire
basculer l'appareil vers l'avant ou l'arrière pour obtenir l'angle de souffle d'air
souhaité.
