Starting current limiting
The electronically controlled soft start ensures that the machine starts smoothly. This also preven-ts
spray from thin liquids when the tool is switch on.
The lower starting current means the a 16A fuse is large enough for the machine.
Idling speed reduction
The electronic control lowers the speed of the machine during idling. This reduces
noise and wear on the motor and gears.
Constant electronics
The constant electronic controller keeps the speed virtually constant during idling
and under a load.
This guarantees that materials are mixed uniformly
Electronic overload protection
An electronic overload device protects the motor against damage when the tool is
under an extreme losd. In this case, the motor stops and only starts up again when
the feed is reduced or the load re-moved.
Temperature-dependent overloadprotection
To prevent the motor from overlheating under an Extreme continuous load, the
safety electronicsswitches the motor off when it reaches a critical temperature.
After a cooling-down time of around 3-5 min.
The machine is ready for operation at full load.
If the tool is warm from operation, the temperature dependent overload protection will respond
earlier
