WARNING
Risk of serious injury from spinning fan blades!
Always disconnect the product from the power supply before assembling, disassembling,
relocating, cleaning, or servicing.
1. Place the stand (10) into the base (11) until it clicks into place.
2. Mount the non-slip feet (13) to the bottom of the base (11).
3. Mount the base to the stand using the feet mounting screws (12).
4. Turn the mounting ring (5) anticlockwise and remove it from the motor unit (8).
5. Place the rear protective grille (6) onto the motor unit. Ensure that the protective grille is
aligned with the motor unit and that the notches hold it in position.
6. Secure the rear protective grille on the motor unit with the mounting ring.
7. Place the rotor blade (4) onto the rotor shaft. Ensure that the slots on the back fit into the
pegs on the rotor shaft.
8. Fix the rotor blade in place using the cap nut (3). Turn the cap nut anticlockwise until it is
secure.
9. Check that the rotor blade rotates properly by turning it with your hand.
10. Remove the grille screw (1) and nut (2) from the front protective grille.
11. Attach the front protective grille (2) to the rear protective grille (6). Align the hole on the
front protective grille and the hole on the rear protective grille.
12. Join the front grille and the rear grille by closing the grille retention clips (14) on the front
grille.
13. Secure the front and rear protective grilles with the grille screw and nut.
8 Operation
1. Place the fan on a stable and flat surface. NOTICE! The non-slip feet can leave marks
on sensitive surfaces. Check surface suitability before placing the fan.
2. Press the function button 0 to switch the fan off.
3. Connect the mains cable to a power outlet.
4. Tilt the motor unit to adjust the air flow angle.
5. Press a function button (1 - 3) to select a fan speed (1 = lowest, 3 = highest).
6. Push the oscillation switch down to let the fan oscillate. Pull the oscillation switch up to
stop the fan from oscillating.
7. Switch the fan off by pressing the function button 0.

Important:
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions.
They damage the housing and can cause the product to malfunction.

– Do not immerse the product in water.
1. Disconnect the product from the power supply.
2. Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
3. If present, regularly clean the ventilation slots of the motor. Use a vacuum cleaner.
9.1 Cleaning the fan inside
To clean the fan inside, remove the front grille.

● Do not operate the fan if the front grille is removed.
1. Unplug the fan from the mains supply.
2. Refer to the assembly instructions and remove the front guard.

3. Remove the front grille.
4. Wipe all the parts with a soft damp (not wet) cloth dipped in mild soapy water.
5. Assemble the grille again.
10 Disposal
This symbol must appear on any electrical and electronic equipment placed on
the EU market. This symbol indicates that this device should not be disposed of
as unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
Owners of WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment) shall dispose
of it separately from unsorted municipal waste. Spent batteries and accumulators,
which are not enclosed by the WEEE, as well as lamps that can be removed from
the WEEE in a non-destructive manner, must be removed by end users from the
WEEE in a non-destructive manner before it is handed over to a collection point.
Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment are legally obliged to provide free take-
back of waste. Conrad provides the following return options free of charge (more details on
