Working with the unit

1. Ground the housing of the unit using the ground terminal located on the
back of the housing.
2. Always verify that the temperature control knob is set to the "0" position
before connecting the unit to power.
3. Connect the unit to the power source using the power cord. The green
power light will illuminate.
4. Place the dishes to be heated on the shelves inside the unit.
Close the door.
