Remove/Retirer/Retire
Remove the Old Steam Head
Turn off the water supply.
Turn the old steam head counterclockwise to remove it from the steam housing.
Remove the two screws inside the base of the old steam housing.
Turn the old steam housing counterclockwise to unscrew it from the 1/2" NPT
elbow behind the wall.
Install the New Steam Head
NOTE: The new steam housing requires installation of a 1/2" NPT nipple long
enough to securely connect the female NPT inlet of the steam housing to the elbow
behind the wall.
Apply thread sealant tape to the male threads of a 1/2" NPT nipple.
Install the nipple to the elbow.
Thread the new steam housing clockwise onto the NPT nipple.
Slide the steam head into the steam housing until it is flush against the wall.
Make sure the aromatherapy fill channels are facing upward.
Turn on the water supply and check for leaks.
