TOOLS REQUIRED
1. 5 mm Cap Screw Hex Key (included)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lay out the the three pad assemblies and align the Lynch Pin (3a) in the bottom section (3)
with the Lynch Pin Hole (2a) in the middle section (2)(Fig. 1).

2. Align the holes in the sides of the frames and insert a Hex Head Bolt (5) through each hole.
3. Thread on the Hex Locknuts (6) to the Hex Head Bolts and finger tighten. Once snug, flip the
creeper over so the bottom side is facing up (Fig. 2).

4. Using two 14 mm wrenches, hold each Hex Head Bolt in place, and tighten each Hex Locknut.
Repeat for all four bolts but DO NOT overtighten.
5. Hand thread two 2 in. Swivel Casters (4) near the top end of the creeper and tighten with
Caster Stem Wrench (9)(Fig. 3).
