5. TROUBLESHOOTING
In some cases working failures can be produced by simple causes that the user can solve.
Before asking for the technician assistance, we recommend that you carry out the following verifications:
Problem
The well does not heat enough.
The well heats too much
The thermostat blinks showing
the "OFF" signal
equipment does not work.
The equipment is plugged in but
it does not work.
If you continue with difficulties to solve a problem, please contact the supplier for assistance.
6. RECYCLING
At the end of its working life, the equipment must be disconnected from the mains to proceed to the
disassembling of its components. The equipment must be disassembled respecting the current regulations,
especially in what the coolant gas is concerned.
Pay close attention to avoid risks associated to the shape and weight of each component.
The different components (electric pieces, rubber tubes, cable guides, etc.) have been selected with the
objective of obtaining the best results in terms of the environment according to current laws.
7. WARRANTY
Eratos warranty covers all manufacturing defect or hidden fault of the equipment during a complete year. It
consists of the substitution of the faulty piece/s only if it is not due to improper use, inadequate installation or
cleaning different from what is stated in the manual.
