5. Cleaning and maintenance
In order to ensure op�mum func�oning, the unit may require cleaning at least once a month,
depending on the manner of use and degree of contamina�on.
1. Switch off and power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet before cleaning!
2. Let the appliance to cool (for at least 30 minutes).
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air inlets (1) and outlets (2)!
4. Use a slightly moistened cloth to clean the unit's outer surface. Do not use aggressive cleaners
Avoid ge�ng water inside onto the electric components of the appliance.

The fan does not operate
The appliance does not heat
Flame effect does not work
The overhea�ng protec�on ac�vates frequently
The unit does not respond to the remote

The built-in energy- saving, electronically controlled LED light source does not require replacement
cannot be replaced.
In the event of overhea�ng, the overhea�ng protec�on func�on will switch off the unit, for example,
when the air inlets and outlets are covered. Power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric
outlet. Allow the appliance to cool (for at least30 minutes). Check whether the air inlets and outlets
are obstructed or not, and clean them if necessary. Switch on the unit again. If the overhea�ng
protec�on ac�vates again, power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet and contact
the service facility.
