What to do if ...
Problem
Dryer does not work.
Drying results unsatisfactory.
Loading door does not close.
Drying cycle ends shortly after
programme starts.
Drying cycle lasts an unusually
long time. Note: After around 5
hours the drying cycle ends au-
tomatically.
1) Only dryers with conductance programming
2) Only dryers with removable filter

1. Turn the programme selector to any pro-
gramme.

2. Press simultaneously the DELICAT
3. The buzzer is by default always off.
Plug in at mains socket. Check
fuse in fuse box (domestic in-
stallation).
Close loading door.
Press the DEPART/PAUSE
(START/PAUSE) button again.
Select a different programme
the next time you dry (see "Pro-
gramme chart" chapter).
Clean fluff filter.
Observe recommended loading
volumes.
Uncover ventilation slots.
Clean inside surface of drum
and drum ribs.
Re-programme standard setting
for degree of drying (see 'Ma-
chine settings' chapter)
Install filter into place
Select time programme or high-
er drying level (e.g. TRES SEC
(EXTRA DRY) instead of PRET A
RANGER (CUPBOARD DRY) ).
Clean filter.
Reduce load volume.
Laundry must be adequately
spun.
(DELICATE) and TEXTILE buttons and
hold down for approx. 5 seconds.
