1. P3 topax 56 (Phosphoric acid)
Concentration 3 % solution
e.g. 20 litres = 300 ml P3 topax 56 (at 45°C according to the instructions of the manufacturer)
RAN fat solvent with germicide
Concentration: 25 ml on 20 litres
Reaction time appr. 20 minutes
Rinse again with clear water at approx. 40°C
2. P3 alcodes disinfectant
Use: Spray on to the surface undiluted, and wipe with a moist cloth
Reaction time: None
We shall assume no guarantee if detergents are used that have not been approved by us.
Never clean any removable parts in the dish washer!
Corresponding measures have to be taken so that the surrounding areas are not affected.
The machine has to be cleaned thoroughly at least once a day.
Warning !
Rotating blade ! May sever fingers. Switch the machine off prior to cleaning. Remove the mains
plug. Always wear protective gloves with writ protection for cleaning the blade.
Important !
Please observe the sequence given for cleaning. Do not use any scouring agents to clean the
machine, as they scratch the metal surface and thus have a negative effect on hygiene.
Only use commercially available detergents and hygiene agents. Neutralise aggressive detergents and hy-
giene agents after cleaning. Never use a steam or high pressure cleaner to clean the machine ! In case of
non-observation of the above points our warranty will become ineffective.
