NOTICE! Recharging the battery pack before it is depleted will
reduce the total work life of the pack. Tool performance drops
when the battery is ready to be recharged.
1.
Once the battery is fully depleted, remove it from the grease gun by
depressing the battery release buttons on each side of battery
pack. Then, pull the battery pack out of gun.
2.
Insert the battery pack into the charging socket of the charger, then
plug the charger into the nearest grounded, electrical outlet.
3.
Press the 'Set' button on the charger. A green light indicates that
the battery is charging.
4.
The battery will be completed charged approximately 1-2 hours
later. When charging is complete, pull the charger out of the socket
and remove the battery.
CARTRIDGE LOADING
1.
Pull the plunger rod fully backward and latch the plunger rod
groove into the slot on the end cap of the grease barrel.
2.
Unscrew the grease barrel from the gun head by rotating counter-
clockwise.
3.
Carefully release the plunger handle to eject the empty cartridge
from grease barrel.
4.
Remove the plastic cap from the grease cartridge and insert the
cartridge into the grease barrel.
5.
Remove the pull tab from grease cartridge and screw grease barrel
into the gun head.

BULK LOADING
1.
Unscrew the grease gun head from the barrel counterclockwise.
2.
Pull back the plunger rod handle all the way.
3.
Scoop out clean grease from the bulk grease container into the
empty barrel.
4.
Once the barrel is full, shake it to allow the grease to settle. If
additional space is created in the barrel, add more grease to fill it
completely.
