Gasoline can age in the tank and make starting difficult. Never store pressure washer for extended periods
of time with fuel in the tank or the carburetor.
START THE ENGINE
To start the engine, perform the following steps:
1. Check the oil and fuel levels.
2. Turn on the engine ignition switch.
3. Move the choke lever to START position (short).
4.Pull on the recoil starter handle slowly until a slight resistance is felt, then pull quickly to start the
engine. Return cord gently into the recoil starter. Never allow the cord to snap back.
5. Once the engine has started, pull the choke lever all the way to the "OPEN" position (long).
NOTE: After repeated failed attempts to start the engine, please consult the troubleshooting guide before
attempting again. If problems persist, please call customer service.

on't allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine. Return it gently to prevent damage to

the starter.
STOP THE ENGINE
Turn the engine ignition switch to the OFF position.
USING THE PRESSURE WASHER
Trigger handle
WARNING:
Hold the trigger handle securely with both hands. Expect
the trigger handle to move when the trigger is pulled due to
reaction forces. Failure to do so could cause loss of control and injury to
yourself and others.
Pull back and hold the trigger to operate the pressure washer.
Release the trigger to stop the flow of water through the nozzle.
To engage the lock out:
Push up on the lock out until it clicks into the slot.
To disengage the lock out:
Push the lock out down and into its original position. Start with the nozzle 1–2 ft. away from the cleaning
surface and carefully approach the surface just until the desired level of cleaning is achieved. If the spray
is too close it can damage the cleaning surface.
INSTALL/REMOVE NOZZLE
The nozzles for the spray wand are stored in the nozzle holder on the panel assembly. Colors on the panel
identify nozzle location and spray pattern. Refer to the following chart to choose the correct nozzle for the
job to be performed.
