In conformità con quanto previsto dal Regolamento UE 2016/679 in materia di tutela dei dati personali,
Vimar S.p.A., in qualità di produttrice del sistema di videosorveglianza, garantisce, sin dalla fase di
progettazione del suddetto sistema, che il trattamento dei dati personali effettuato mediante il suo utilizzo
possa essere effettuato riducendo al minimo l'utilizzo di dati personali e dati identificativi, limitandone il
trattamento a quanto strettamente necessario al funzionamento del sistema.
I dati dell'Interessato saranno trattati da Vimar S.p.A. esclusivamente per finalità di assistenza al prodotto e
servizi post-vendita, in linea con quanto previsto nell'informativa privacy prodotti/applicazione consultabile
sul sito www.vimar.com sezione legal (Privacy Policy Prodotti - Applicazioni - Vimar energia positiva).
Ricordiamo che, in base a quanto previsto dal Regolamento UE 2016/679 in materia di tutela dei dati
personali, è responsabilità dell'utilizzatore dell'impianto, in qualità di Titolare del trattamento dei dati da
esso raccolti, assicurare il rispetto degli obblighi imposti al Titolare dalla suddetta normativa, adottando,
inoltre, misure di sicurezza idonee ad evitare la perdita dei dati personali memorizzati e registrati attraverso
l'impianto.
Le registrazioni potranno essere conservate dal Titolare del trattamento per il periodo massimo previsto
dalle disposizioni di legge e/o regolamentari dove è stata effettuata l'installazione della telecamera. Se
la normativa in vigore nel paese di installazione prevede, quindi, un periodo massimo di conservazione
delle registrazioni delle immagini, l'utilizzatore dovrà provvedere alla loro cancellazione in conformità alle
norme applicabili.
• Privacy Policy and Disclaimer
As required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, Vimar S.p.A. - in its capacity
as manufacturer of the video surveillance system - guarantees, from the design phase of the above-
mentioned system, that the processing of personal data using the said system may be performed while
minimising the use of personal and other identification information, which is only processed to the extent
strictly necessary for system operation.
The data subject's data will be processed by Vimar S.p.A. solely for product support and after-sales
services, in accordance with the privacy policy for products/applications available on the website
www.vimar.com legal section (Product - App Privacy Policy - Vimar energia positiva).
Please remember that, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, it is the
responsibility of the system user, as Data Controller of the data collected, to ensure compliance with the
obligations imposed on the Data Controller by the aforementioned regulation, and to adopt appropriate
security measures to prevent the loss of personal data stored and recorded by the system.
The recordings may be stored by the Data Controller for the maximum period of time envisaged by legal
and/or regulatory provisions in the place where the camera has been installed. If the regulations in force
in the country of installation envisage a maximum storage period for the image recordings, the user shall
ensure they are deleted in compliance with the applicable regulations.
In addition, the user must guarantee the protection and safe possession of its passwords and the related

Conformément aux dispositions du Règlement UE 2016/679 sur la protection des données personnelles,
Vimar S.p.A., en tant que fabricant du système de vidéosurveillance, garantit, dès la phase de conception
dudit système, que le traitement des données personnelles effectué à travers son utilisation pourra être
réalisé en minimisant l'utilisation des données personnelles et des données d'identification, en limitant le
traitement au strict nécessaire au fonctionnement du système.
Les données de l'intéressé seront traitées par Vimar S.p.A. exclusivement à des fins d'assistance produit
et de service après-vente, conformément aux dispositions des informations de confidentialité produit/
application disponibles sur le site www.vimar.com section légale (Politique de confidentialité sur les
produits - Applications - Vimar énergie positive).
Rappelons que, conformément aux dispositions du Règlement UE 2016/679 sur la protection des données
personnelles, l'utilisateur du système, en tant que responsable du traitement des données collectées
lors de l'utilisation du système, se doit de garantir le respect des obligations imposées au responsable
du traitement par la législation susmentionnée en protégeant et en adoptant des mesures de sécurité
appropriées pour éviter la perte des données personnelles stockées et enregistrées à travers le système.
Les enregistrements pourront être conservés par le responsable du traitement selon la durée maximale
prévue par les dispositions légales et/ou réglementaires là où la caméra a été installée. Si la législation
en vigueur dans le pays d'installation prévoit une durée maximale de conservation des enregistrements
d'images, l'utilisateur devra les supprimer conformément aux règles applicables.

garantiert Vimar S.p.A. als Hersteller des Videoüberwachungssystems bereits in der Planungsphase des
genannten Systems, dass die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten infolge der Systemnutzung unter
Minimierung der Verwendung personenbezogener Daten und Identifikationsdaten erfolgt, indem ihre
Verarbeitung auf das für den Betrieb des Systems unbedingt erforderliche Maß beschränkt wird.
Die Daten des Betroffenen werden von Vimar S.p.A. ausschließlich zu Zwecken der Produktbetreuung und
des Kundendienstes gemäß den Bestimmungen der Datenschutzerklärung für Produkte/Anwendungen
verarbeitet, die auf der Website www.vimar.com

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es gemäß den Bestimmungen der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 über den Schutz
personenbezogener Daten in der Verantwortung des Benutzers der Anlage als Verantwortlichen für die
davon erhobenen Daten liegt, die Einhaltung der vom Verantwortlichen auferlegten Verpflichtungen zu
garantieren, zudem geeignete Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu ergreifen, um den Verlust gespeicherter und
über die Anlage aufgezeichneter personenbezogener Daten zu verhindern.
Die Aufzeichnungen dürfen vom Verantwortlichen der Verarbeitung für den maximalen Zeitraum
aufbewahrt werden, der in den gesetzlichen und/oder behördlichen Bestimmungen des Landes
vorgesehen ist, in dem die Kamera installiert wurde. Sieht die im Installationsland geltende Gesetzgebung
daher eine maximale Aufbewahrungsfrist für Bildaufnahmen vor, muss der Benutzer diese gemäß den
geltenden Vorschriften löschen.

Nel caso in cui la telecamera riprenda aree pubbliche o aperte al pubblico, dovrà essere apposta, in
modo visibile, l'informativa di 'area videosorvegliata' prevista dalla normativa privacy e riportata nel sito
del Garante della Privacy.
Nel caso di videosorveglianza privata, al fine di evitare di incorrere nel reato di interferenze illecite nella
vita privata (art. 615-bis c.p.), l'angolo visuale delle riprese deve essere comunque limitato ai soli spazi di
propria esclusiva pertinenza, escludendo ogni forma di ripresa, anche senza registrazione di immagini,
relativa ad aree comuni (cortili, pianerottoli, scale, parti comuni delle autorimesse) ovvero a zone di
pertinenza di soggetti terzi. In tali casi, è vietato altresì riprendere aree pubbliche o di pubblico passaggio.
Con riferimento a quanto sopra, Vimar S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità in merito all'utilizzo dell'impianto
di videosorveglianza da parte del suo utilizzatore.
Inoltre, Vimar S.p.A. non si assume alcuna responsabilità in merito alla completezza e correttezza delle
informazioni contenute all'interno della cartellonistica sulla videosorveglianza messa a disposizione
assieme al dispositivo o separatamente, in particolar modo, nell'eventualità di modifiche normative o nuove
pronunce dell'Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

To provide product support, Vimar's Support Centre will request the system access passwords when a
service request is submitted.
The device owner is required to change the system access password immediately after the service is
completed.
Should the camera monitor public areas or those open to the public, it will be necessary to display - in a
visible manner - the information about the 'area under video surveillance' envisaged in the privacy policy
and specified on the website of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
In the case of private video surveillance, in order to avoid the crime of unlawful interference with privacy
(Article 615-bis of the Italian Criminal Code), the viewing angle of the cameras must be limited to one's
own private property, excluding any type of recording, even without image storage, of communal areas
(courtyards, landings, stairwells, communal parts of garages) or areas belonging to third parties. In such
cases, it is also prohibited to film or record public areas or areas open to the public.
In relation to the above, Vimar S.p.A. will not be held liable for the use of the video surveillance system
by its user.
In addition, Vimar S.p.A. will not be held liable for the completeness or accuracy of the information
contained in the video surveillance signage provided together with the device or separately, particularly in
the event of changes in regulations or new rulings by the Italian data protection authority (Autorità Garante
per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
L'utilisateur devra également garantir la protection et la conservation de ses propres mots de passe et des
codes d'accès de l'installation et des enregistrements.
Pour pouvoir fournir une assistance sur le produit, lors de la demande d'intervention, le Centre d'Assistance
Vimar vous demandera de fournir les mots de passe pour accéder au système.
À la fin de l'intervention, le propriétaire du dispositif devra remplacer dans les plus brefs délais le mot de
passe d'accès à son système.
Si la caméra filme des espaces publics ou ouverts au public, la signalisation « site sous vidéo-protection
» prévue par la norme sur la confidentialité et indiquée sur le site de l'Autorité de protection des données
devra être exposée de manière bien visible.
S'il s'agit de vidéosurveillance privée, afin d'éviter d'encourir le délit d'immixtion illicite dans la vie privée
(art. 615-bis du code pénal), l'angle visuel filmé doit en tout état de cause être limité aux seuls espaces
d'intérêt exclusif, à l'exclusion de toute forme de prise de vue, même sans enregistrement d'images, relative
aux espaces communs (cours, paliers, escaliers, parties communes de garages) ou aux zones appartenant
à des tiers. Dans ces cas, il est également interdit de filmer des lieux publics ou des passages publics.
Conformément aux clauses précédentes, Vimar S.p.A. décline toute responsabilité quant à l'utilisation du
système de vidéosurveillance de la part de son utilisateur.
Par ailleurs, Vimar S.p.A. n'assume aucune responsabilité quant à l'exhaustivité et à l'exactitude des
informations contenues dans la signalétique de vidéosurveillance mise à disposition avec le dispositif ou
séparément, notamment en cas de modifications réglementaires ou de nouvelles décisions de l'Autorité de
protection des données personnelles.
Darüber hinaus muss der Benutzer für den Schutz und die sichere Aufbewahrung seiner Passwörter und
Zugangscodes der Anlage sowie der Aufzeichnungen sorgen.
Für Serviceleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Produkt fordert der Vimar Kundendienst zum Zeitpunkt
der Serviceanfrage dazu auf, die Passwörter für den Zugang zur Anlage anzugeben.
Nach dem Serviceeingriff muss der Inhaber des Geräts das Zugangspasswort zu seiner Anlage umgehend
ändern.
Falls die Kamera öffentliche oder öffentlich zugängliche Bereiche aufnehmen sollte, muss an sichtbarer
Stelle die lt. italienischem Datenschutzgesetz vorgesehene und auf der Website der italienischen
Datenschutzbehörde abgedruckte Erklärung 'Videoüberwachter Bereich' angebracht werden.
Bei der privaten Videoüberwachung muss der Blickwinkel der Aufnahmen auf jeden Fall auf den eigenen
Bereich beschränkt sein, um nicht den Straftatbestand des unrechtmäßigen Eingriffs in das Privatleben
(Artikel 615-bis des ital. Strafgesetzbuchs) zu erfüllen, wobei jede Form der Aufnahme, auch ohne
Bildaufzeichnung, in Gemeinschaftsbereichen (Höfe, Treppen und Treppenabsätze, gemeinsame Teile
von Garagen) oder in Bereichen, die Dritten gehören, ausgeschlossen ist. In solchen Fällen ist es auch
verboten, öffentliche Bereiche oder Bereiche mit öffentlichem Durchgang aufzunehmen.
Unter Bezugnahme auf das Vorgenannte lehnt Vimar S.p.A. jegliche Haftung für die Nutzung des
Videoüberwachungssystems durch den Benutzer ab.
Darüber hinaus haftet Vimar S.p.A. nicht für die Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit der Informationen, die
in den zusammen mit dem Gerät oder separat zur Verfügung gestellten Videoüberwachungsplakaten
enthalten sind, insbesondere im Falle von Änderungen der Vorschriften oder neuen Verlautbarungen der
italienischen Datenschutzbehörde.
