STOP THE SNOWTHROWER
1. Release the traction drive clutch lever (B B , Figure 17).
2. Push the ON/OFF switch (A A , Figure 25) to the OFF position and pull out the
safety key (B B ).
TRACTION LOCK PINS
The right traction wheel can be completely released using the locking pin
(A A , Figure 18). This allows the unit to be easily moved with the engine off.

EASY-STEER TRACTION CONTROL
This model is equipped with Easy-Steer Traction Control, which allows
you to navigate the snowthrower right or left to make tough turns with
minimal effort.
1. Fully press on the traction control lever to engage. Both wheels will
drive at the speed needed to make a right or left turn.
2. Push or pull on the handles to engage Easy-Steer traction control to the
right or left. Easy-Steer right turn is shown in Figure 19.
