3. PRE OPERATION CHECKS

■ Make sure you have read all the warnings to prevent any risk of fire.
■ Make sure there is no flammable or hazardous material next to the pump.
■ Keep away from any naked flame. Do not smoke.
■ Install the pump at least 1 meter away from any building.
■ Never block the air flow of the pump with paper or any other material.
■ Only use the pump outdoors.

3.1. SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES

The following accessories are supplied with your pump:

2 hose connectors [(a) Fig. 01] composed:
- 1 lock nut;
- 1 hose connection sleeve;
- 1 sealing washer.

3.2. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (MECA 8/15 EX, MECA 16/20 EX)
1. Attach the suction flange [(3) Fig. 09] with a check valve [(1) Fig. 09];
2. Attach the delivery flange [(2) Fig. 10] with a check valve [(1) Fig. 10];
□ Be careful not to overtighten the bolts.
REMARQUE
Suction and delivery flange tightening torque: 90-120 kg-cm.
