• Check the leakage protection switch and the fuses.
• Check if any fittings or shower head are affected by the build-up of limescale or dirt.

Problem
No hot water.
Although the hot water tap
is fully open, the device does
not switch on.
Troubleshooting by experts
Problem
The „Red" stage of the device
does not switch on.
Although the hot water tap is
fully open, the flow controller
does not activate.
The heating system does not
switch on / No hot water.
If the appliance still fails to operate after you have executed this procedure, please inform the customer
service.
Cause
No electricity.
Hot water tap is not opened. Open the hot water tap.
The required minimum flow
to activate the device is not
reached. Dirt or limescale has
built up in the aerators of the
taps or in the shower head.
Cause
The pressure on the cold wa-
ter pipe is too low.
Fouling.
The required minimum flow
to activate the device is not
reached.
No electricity.
Heater faulty.
