The year of construction is given by the 3rd letter in the serial number
located on the nameplate: T = 2003, U = 2004, W = 2005, X = 2006,
Y = 2007, Z = 2008, A = 2009, B = 2010, C = 2011, D = 2012, etc.
Example: serial number ERUH-0054, the 3rd letter is U, so the year of
construction is 2004.
