5. After applying the weights, press START again to run the balancer. The machine will display the
balance result after rotation stop.
OPT FUNCTION
When the unbalance value is more than
30g under the STA mode, can use this
function to decrease unbalance value of
wheel sharply and reduce the weight to
balance the wheel.
When the unbalance value is more than
30g under the STA mode, the indicator
light is on to show runnning OPT function.
Press the button Press the button
the right window will display 180 to show
that rotate the rim 180 degree relating to
the relative position of tire. The detail
operation is that make the mark at the
same position on shaft and the hole on
rim . Use the tire changer to rotate the
tire 180 degree on rim then defl ate it and
install the wheel onto balancer again.
Press START to rotate the wheel.
After stop:
Left window: display the static unbalance percentage which can decrease according to the current
tire position.
Right window: the current unbalance value. The unbalance value can reduce about 9g after
operation according to the above display. Rotate the wheel by hand slowly until the two outside
position indicators light. Now make a mark 1 at 12 clock position tire outside; rotate the wheel by
hand slowly until the middle position indicators light. Now make a mark 2 at 12 clock position rim
outside.
Remove the wheel and use the tire changer to reinstall the tire and rim. Make the make 1 and
2 superposition. In above example, the 80 of unbalance value 45g can be reduced . The rest
unbalance value is about 9g.
100G CALIBRATION
Please do the 100g calibration to the machine when the measurement is inaccurate.
1. install a wheel which can clamp the weight on rim edge. Input the r im parameter (A, B , D value).
Press FINE+ABD until the display not fl icker.

2. press START to run the machine. Rotate the wheel by hand when
stop until the all outside position LED light, apply the 100g weight
at 12 clock position on outside rim edge.
3.press START to run the machine. Rotate the wheel by hand when
stop until the all in side position LED light, apply the 100g weight at
12 clock position on in side rim edge.
4. press START to run the machine. The calibration complete after
stop and the machine will display the unbalance value of wheel
when the last rotation.
