1. Connection „DC IN"
Serves to connect the voltage supply (12 V/DC) with an external power pack unit
(not part of the delivery). You need a power pack unit with a stabilised output
voltage of 12 V/DC, capable of providing a current of 500mA. The center contact
of the round plug (outer diameter 5,5 mm, inner diameter 2,1 mm) must carry the
plus/+ pole. In operation, the display „CHANNEL" (1) is illuminated.
2. Connection „VIDEO INPUT"
This input serves to connect a video output source (e.g. camera) to the digital
UHF-Modulator. The input of the digital UHF-modulator processes FBAS-video
signals.
3. Connection „AUDIO INPUT"
This input serves to connect an audio signal source to the HF-modulator. The
input of the digital UHF-modulator processes signals between 50 Hz to 50 KHz.
4. Connection „RF OUTPUT"
This output serves to connect the modulated HF-video signal of the digital UHF-
modualtor to the antenna input of your television.

7.2 Startup

Before you start with connections, make sure the digital UHF-
modulator is disconnected from the mains supply.
For startup, proceed as follows:
• Connect the video signal of the video source to the connection „VIDEO INPUT" (2).
• Connect the audio signal of the audio source to the connection „AUDIO INPUT" (3).
• Connect the connection „RF OUTPUT" (4) (F-connector) to your television.
